Description: While kayaking near the cliffs of Hartland Quay, I saw what looked like a tall wooden doorway standing upright just above the water’s surface. There was no support underneath. When my partner and I paddled closer, the air around it shimmered like heat waves, and both of us experienced nausea and dizziness for several minutes. When we looked again, it was gone.
